Returns & Refunds

At BeaverWax, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
BeaverWax does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. BeaverWax is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued for product cost only

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact info@beaverwax.com
before returning your item. Exchanges will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@beaverwax.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement under our warranty policy.
