At BeaverWax, we take pride in the quality, performance, and durability of our products. All BeaverWax accessories are backed by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective due to manufacturing faults or materials within two (2) years of purchase, BeaverWax will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, dents, etc.)
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance
• Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
2. Description and photos of the defect
3. Contact information (name, email, shipping address)

BeaverWax reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether it meets the warranty conditions. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

BeaverWax’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. BeaverWax is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
